Uttama Villain censored, releasing on May 1st

Ramesh Aravind directorial and Kamal Hassan starrer forthcoming film Uttama Villain has finished its censor formalities with clean U certification.

Regional Censor board has awarded U certification. The movie was supposed to hit the silver screens this weekend but now has been postponed to May 1st. The film has now hit the ban hurdle as VHP has filed a complaint over the film to get banned on the note that it might hurt hindu religious sentiments.

Kamal Hassan, Pooja Kumar, K Vishwanath, Jayaram, Andrea, Paravathy Nair, Urvashi and others are playing important roles. Ghibran is the music director of this film. N Subash and Chandra Bose are jointly producing the movie.
